The most simple method for playing your workouts on your TV is connecting an "HDMI cable" from your device to your TV. Most large laptops contain HDMI ports. Other devices like Android Phones, iPhones, iPads, tablets, and smaller laptops do NOT contain HDMI ports. There are other cables that will still make viewing your workouts on your TV possible. The most common ports, other than HDMI, are USB, USB-C, and LIGHTNING ports. Below are some tips that may help you:
1.) Ensure your TV has an HDMI port.
2.) Validate which port your device contains. (HDMI, USB-C, LIGHTNING)
3.) Connect the necessary cable from you device to your TV

MORE INFORMATION: We recommend working out 3-5 days per week. On the days you do workout, complete 1 routine. (If you feel you can do more, try working out 6 days per week or completing 2 routines in a day.)
We recommend completing one program all the way through. For example, start off with FOUNDATION and complete all of the routines before moving on to the next specific program. The programs are designed for you to progress up to the next routine after completion. For example, if you complete "Workout 1" today, then you would complete "Workout 2" the next time you exercise.
If you fully complete a program, the key is "rinsing & repeating" for continued results. Start over from "Workout 1" and make your way through the program again. Or move on to a program that you have not yet completed. For more challenge, you can increase the hand weights or even hold hand weights during the exercises that do not require weights for added resistance. Completing STRENGTH and CARDIO routines one after another will give you the most challenge.
We recommend starting with FOUNDATION routines. After that, you can incorporate other routines that you feel will benefit you most. If you are unsure which workouts to do, click the GREEN button that says “Click Here to Get Your Recommendation”. You can find this button on the home screen of your LIBRARY of workouts.
